Help Dainere’s Rainbow Become the 12th Charity Partner in the Canberra Community Chest


Dainere’s Rainbow is truly honoured to once again be part of the Canberra Community Chest journey, a visionary initiative of the Canberra Racing Club that brings together the thrill of racing with the immeasurable power of community spirit. This event is a celebration of generosity, a platform for hope, and a reminder of how profoundly we can transform lives when we come together.

Although our name has not yet been called among the selected charities, there remains a precious opportunity for us to take our place as the twelfth partner. This final position is entrusted to the people of Canberra through the People’s Choice vote, and to us, this is the most meaningful gift of all. It gives the community we serve the chance to stand beside us, to lift up our cause, and to help ensure that children with brain cancer and their families are not forgotten.

This year, the importance of your support is even more profound. The postponement of our Gala Dinner has meant that vital funds for research, advocacy, and awareness have been lost. It weighs heavily on our hearts, for every delay in funding is a delay in hope, and children facing this devastating disease cannot afford to wait. To be chosen as the People’s Choice charity would be a beacon in a year of immense challenge. It would enable us to continue fulfilling Dainere’s vision of bringing hope, raising awareness, and advancing research that can change the future for every child diagnosed with brain cancer.

We are deeply grateful to the Canberra Racing Club for their extraordinary generosity in creating this remarkable event, which uplifts and empowers charities across our region. Their vision provides us with the chance to share our mission, and their unwavering commitment to community inspires us all.
