Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation

Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) is one of the largest and most trusted kids' health charities in the country, which raises funds to help provide all children with access to the best possible healthcare, whenever and wherever they need it.

SCHF has been delivering on this promise since 1986, raising millions every year for the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, a collective of two major children’s hospitals, specialised care services and cutting edge paediatric research operating across NSW.

The SCHF team is made up of a diverse collective of passionate professionals united by a mission to go all in for kids’ health, no matter where, no matter what.

A conduit, an enabler and a mechanism for powerful change, SCHF makes sure that funds raised go directly to the front line of children’s health care – from the hospitals wards to the treatment rooms, the research labs to the outreach programs.

SCHF truly believes there is no possible greater impact for a donated dollar in kids’ health.

SCHF is an independent health promotion charity, registered with the Australian Taxation Office as an Item 1 Deductible Gift Recipient.

SCHF is a company limited by guarantee, registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

SCHF is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) and we are an approved holder of the Registered Charity Tick.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land where we meet and work, the Ngunnawal people, and the many other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples from across Australia who have now made Canberra their home. We celebrate and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of the ACT and region.
